Peking Cameo Glass Jar

Description:
Peking Cameo Glass Jar. Circa 1920 and made for the British market. A painstaking process of one color of glass dipped into an contrasting color glass. Then a design is carved removing one layer of glass at a time. The jar consists of white glass with a raised layer of translucent blue glass of flowers are leaves. The jar measures about 6.25 inches tall and about 6 inches wide. It is in remarkable condition. No chips or cracks.
