Great set of eight Chairs by Anton Lorenz for Thonet. This classic bauhaus designed chairs features very sleek, clean and sculptural lines with gentle curves that is timeless, and is a modern take to the bentwood shapes that are Thonet Industries signature. This design is based on the model SS33 dining chairs. This set has very comfortable padded seats and backrests and are upholstered in a White leatherette. This set has the Thonet Industries label on each chair. Anton Lorenz, is the designer who brought tubular steel furniture to the masses. (Georg Anton Lorenz, 1806-1883) Very good condition consistent with age and use. Very clean upholstery, the chrome frames are polished and clean with minimal wear.
